COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this chapter, we will go over the scope of “Agency” and how professionals will be expected to interact with members of the public. The differences between implied, ratified, or express agency situations you’ll likely encounter. In addition, the remedies available for a break/breach of agency and the requirement for writing when dealing with listing contracts.
