COURSE DESCRIPTION
Residential housing classification is an essential skill for every competent Real Estate agent. You will want to be confident when showing a property for sale and use the correct terminology. We will learn how to measure floor area for your listings, external styles, and structural methods of housing you’ll likely encounter within BC. Such as Tudor, Heritage, West Coast Contemporary / Modern, Rancher, Narrow Lot, Craftsman Style, and Manufactured homes.
We will also take a deeper look at electrical, heating, plumbing, and a number of features a typical home will include. You’ll find this chapter very helpful when working with both buyers and sellers.
