LESSON DESCRIPTION
In this chapter, we will go over how the Common Law has been used to create the framework of both Residential and Commercial tenancies. Both parties have implied rights and rights that must be woven into lease & license agreements. To do this, we’ll be reviewing the Residential Tenancy Act and the Commercial Tenancy Act.
