CHILLIWACK, BC: PRET – Pass Real Estate Today, announces an expansion in the realty course curriculum for 2022 that will include licensing tutor study guide services. Students will be scheduled to return to the online classroom environment shortly after the holiday season and new year festivities.
The announcement, which came via a press release, comes as a result of the ambitions of co-founders Shane & Alisha Ilaender to expand the course curriculum, which currently supports Trading Services to become a Realtor across the province of British Columbia; to include licensing fast-track tutor study guide services for Strata Management and Property Management according to the new BCFSA standards.
“We have seen a surge of interest in Strata Management along with Property Management licensing which suggests that we need to adapt and evolve our current online model to support licensing for these increasingly popular job opportunities,” Shane Ilaender said on Monday afternoon Dec 12, 2021. “The data suggests that with current Real Estate trends, more and more job opportunities are opening up with the support of established Real Estate teams and brokerages by as much as a projected 8% in 2022”
