Lease Agreements
Known as “Tenancy Agreements” because they are governed by Statute Law and the Residential Tenancy Act. It is not important to state matters in detail within these agreements because most matters are strictly enforced by the Residential Tenancy Act itself. It is best for Landlords to not create their own lease agreements unless they are 100% sure it meets ALL requirements stated in the Residential Tenancy Act Regulations.

Tagalog: Kilala bilang “Mga Kasunduan sa Upa” sapagkat ito ay pinamamahalaan ng Batas ng Batas at ng Batas sa Upangting Panirahan. Hindi mahalaga na isaad nang detalyado ang mga bagay sa mga kasunduang ito dahil karamihan sa mga bagay ay mahigpit na ipinatutupad ng mismong Batas sa Upangting Panirahan.
